Greetings McKenzie Families & Guests:
On behalf of the McKenzie Center for Innovation and Technology (MCIT) faculty and staff, I would like to welcome you to our program and its community of learners.
Lawrence Township students continue to have the opportunity to start their journey toward successful careers through our state-of-the-art facility, academic programs, and Career & Technical Education certifications.
We have spent our summer preparing for the largest enrollment in MCIT history. Our goal of improving instruction and advancement in technology compliment the award-winning teaching that takes place at MCIT. As we concluded our last school year, we accomplished a great deal—our students were able to participate in project-based learning, earn college dual credit, multiple high school credits and complete career pathways that applied towards their high school diplomas.
As we embark on the 2022-23 school year, we are excited to about the planning and preparation we have done as we continue to TRANSFORM lives for the students we serve. Students will continue to have the opportunity to participate in project-based learning, receive college dual credit, acquire experience with experienced faculty, earn multiple high school credits per semester in selected courses and complete career pathways that will apply towards their high school diploma. Work-based learning experiences apply to several of our programs. We look forward to great opportunities for our students and continuing to build relationships with our community.
We are excited about the 2022-23 school year. If you have any questions about MCIT, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are here to serve!
